Track Sold iPhone Ebay

Hi I sold an iPhone 11 a few years ago oversea from USA to China on ebay I still have the serial number of the iPhone is there a way to know if someone is using it because I got scammed. Once I ship out the phone they never respond back but before I ship out the phone they were so quick to respond but back then that was my first and last time shipping anything over sea.
