I can’t enter my mail with my iCloud account

so my problem is that I got a new phone but I’m still on my iCloud account but i didn’t get any mails so I deleted the app mail and downloaded it. And I tried to enter in my mail with iCloud but it doesn’t work. When I enter my email and my password I click next and then it’s loading and then it stops loading and it does nothing. And I dit this a few times but it still doesn’t work. How can I fix this?

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.


Then try again.
