ECG on Apple Watch 4 stopped working

The ECG app used to work well but now when I try to record an ECG I see the heart animation but nothing happens. The crown & sensor are clean.

I uninstalled & reinstalled the ECG app and made the band much tighter. Problem solved. Apparently the band has to be pretty tight for this to work.
