I do not own an Apple Watch but I keep getting pop ups to “Recover” an Apple Watch. Why is this happening?

That’s literally not what my question was for. I clearly stated that I do not own an Apple Watch so I don’t understand why I’m getting that pop up almost every time I unlock my phone.

Hello AidenRees,
We note you mention not having an Apple Watch, but receive the alert from the screenshot. First, be sure to check in Settings > Bluetooth, and see if it has any Apple Watch mentions in the list here.
After that, try launching the Watch app that's included in iOS, select 'All Watches' at the top here, and see if any show up in this list.
Also, is the device being used a secondhand one, or was it purchased as brand new? Have you previously owned an Apple Watch in the past?
Cheers.
Check what IdrisSeabright suggests first. Then failing that...
Have you previously had an Apple Watch paired with this iPhone?
Was this iPhone factory reset when you acquired and started using it, or was this a iPhone "taken over" from its previous user?
Hey AidenRees,
Here's a great video that explains the steps you'll want to take for this: How to recover and restore your Apple Watch | Apple Support - YouTube.
Take care.
Open the Watch app on your phone. Does it show any watches listed under "All Watches" (top left of the screen).
