Why does my iPhone think it’s an Apple Watch?

I’ve had about 9 pop ups today on my iPhone saying ‘Recover Apple Watch’ ‘There is a problem with this Apple Watch that requires it to be updated or restored’

I don’t own an Apple Watch so I don’t understand why my phone thinks it is one?

iPhone SE, iOS 15
