Neither My wife nor I own, or ever have owned, an Apple Watch, but keep receiving Recover Apple Watch warning. The notifications started approximately 2 days ago. She has an iPhone 10 and I have an iPhone 8. How can I stop getting the notifications? I have checked the BT and no watches are discoverable and I have completely deleted the Apple Watch app with no affect.

Apple Support might recognize the symptoms more specifically.

No Apple IDs have been shared. The iOS is up to date, and the phones have been restarted multiple times with no effect. Reference picture for full message.
Update to iOS current, restart both iPhones, and contact Apple if the messages persist.
the errant message is probably this one:
“Recover Apple Watch There is a problem with this Apple Watch that requires it to be updated or restored”
I’ll assume you are not sharing an Apple ID here, as that tends to get things snarled.
