A weird message on my apple watch

My apple watch is series 6

after the last update, I receive a message or a notification that I can’t remove and it hides the time on the watch. It is so annoying and idk how to remove it. (Snooze..)

Settings/accessibility/Quick Actions/appearance and select minimal.

Or turn off quick actions and or assistive touch.
