Issue regarding iMessage and Face time activation

I am from Pakistan and I am using Special Communication Organization Network (SCOM). My Facetime and iMessage is not activated while using the SCOM network. I contacted Carrier customer service but they said everything is fine.


Would you please help me in this regard. I do search on google and apple support but I am failed to find any solution.

Moreover, when I insert JAZZ or ZONG sim then it works properly.. but not in the SOCM network.

To activate iMessage and FaceTime using your Phone number


First, check to know whether you have an SMS plan enabled at least for One SMS with your carrier. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) the agency that issued the SIM to you


If your iPhone is used with a carrier not found in the wireless carrier articles, make sure you can send and receive international SMS. (One SMS Only)


If you can't turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime - Apple ...
