Hi, I had previous a different apple id, and now a new one. How can i recover all my music i bought to my new apple ID ?

You cannot. Anything you purchase from the iTunes/App Store is permanently tied to the Apple ID under which you purchased. This is why it's generally not a good idea to create a new Apple ID.
You can set up Family Sharing between the old and new Apple IDs and access the music that way.
