Can I transfer game data (plague inc.) from My kindle fire to my iPhone 6s? What if I have the app installed on my phone?

A. Transferring Games Between Devices:
I don't use a Kindle. So, contact the Developer to find out. You'll find their Contact Us information in the app's site of the App Store.
B. Platforms being the Culprit:
Kindle and iPad, though, both being tablets, run or do not run on their own platform, given the device. So, the Developer would have the answer here.
