How can I make an appointment to an Apple Genius Bar?

Click on the Get Support link at the top of the page.

Eventually you will be presented with a method of repair which includes making an appointment at a Genius Bar.

Or, search the internet for your local Apple Store website. There should be a place there to make an appointment. It is buried in the "See Available Services" popup window.
