Kindle app problems

I have an IPhone 13pro and an IPad pro. My wife has similar devices. We are both having a continual problem with the Kindle app freezing. We have both reinstalled the app numerous times but the problem keeps occurring. Any advice on what to do?

Kindle for iPad repeatedly freezes. The Kindle for iPad app has repeatedly frozen leaving the screen unresponsive to anything I do. The only way I can fix it is to delete the Kindle app and redownload it from the Apple Store. Then I have to sign in again. Is there a permanent fix for this that’s easier than redownloading? I have plenty of memory so that’s not the problem.

Frozen Kindle App My Kindle app freezes immediately after I open it. I have tried a hard reboot, deleting and reloading the app, and turning on/off whisper sync. The app is synced to my iPhone, where it appears to work. This is a chronic problem that constantly reappears. Now, as a result of all the deletes and reloads, I have started to lose highlights and notes from old books. Please help.

If it only happens using that app, please contact Amazon Kindle app support team and ask them.
