Why does my iPhone 12 keep automatically turning down the lighting on my phone? It’s now turning itself all the way down to black so I can’t see my phone to turn it back up

Hey there,

try force restart your iPhone by this steps:

Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
