what states are participating in the dl license in apple wallet

IS New Jersey a participating state in the Drivers License upload into Apple wallet? My iPhone keeps trying to have me add an Arizona one but my location is clearly set to New Jersey.

Currently only Arizona.

It requires coordination between Apple and state motor vehicle systems, most of which are holdovers from the last millennium, so it will probably be a while.
