Credit Card Company Error
I'm helping someone get access to their Apple ID. One of the gates is entering the credit card associated with the account. It is an AMEX card, but the Apple interface is showing it as MasterCard. As a result, entering the correct card information results in a rejection due to the format differences of the numbers and CCV's, etc.
Any way to rectify this situation?
The number shows up correctly on a separate device under the iCloud settings (fyi: that device isn't able to recover the account).
