Changed my credit card number and now Apple wants the first 2 digits of my pin. When I enter it I get errors every time.
I live in South Korea and have always used a credit card issued here by the bank KEB Hana. Recently I got a new card/number and need to update my subscription services across the web. It has been fine with every company except for my iCloud account.
This time Apple is asking for the first 2 digits of my pin code. No biggy. I enter that and after a moment or so of waiting I get either an error saying Payment method was declined or There was an error. Please try again later.
I'm certain this is not a card problem because I have used it with other subscription services in the past couple weeks when being prompted to do so (none asked for the first 2 digits of my pin, though).
I even called my bank and they told me nothing is wrong with the card and that they can see the card being declined by Apple but are not sure what that is happening.
Any help on this topic would be much appreciated.
