apple account

So, when I try to download or update an app, it tells me “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”. What can I do to fix it? It has been like this for over a week.

You can't do that yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
