How can I delete RoboKiller app?

Robo Killer is blocking all calls on my Contact List. How do I delete It?

See information in: https://support.robokiller.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027065591-How-can-I-disable-RoboKiller-on-my-iPhone-or-Android-device- including the following:

Tip: Deleting the RoboKiller app from your phone does NOT remove the call forwarding setting you activated during the RoboKiller setup process.
