Apple ID Payment&Shipping edit button is not active to change my Card
iOS Apple ID Payment&Shipping edit button is not active. How do I change? I would like to use my Apple Card instead?

Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit your Apple ID details.
Or on iPhone go to Settings -> tap your Profile -> tap Payment and shipping -> sign in -> tap your address -> edit / change your address.
