Windows Photos/Video Editor and Apple Music
How can I get an MP4 downloaded through AppleMusic into the Windows Photos/Video editor so I can use the song for a slideshow?

If it is music that you acquired with an Apple Music subscription (as opposed to purchases from the iTunes Store), those songs are copy protected to only play on Apple-approved devices and cannot be converted to other formats.
