In my Mail app on phone I'm able to sign to my Hotmail account. However when I try to add my Microsoft Office Outlook acct I get This Microsoft account doesn't exist.
I have no problem sending / receiving using the Outlook app.
Why will it not recognize this acct. also?

It is having trouble with the Microsoft authentication server which is sending back this message. If your Hotmail email on your iPhone is an Exchange account this may be the issue. You will need to contact Microsoft support to resolve it.
Nope - none of the suggestions worked.
I know the account exists because I can send/receive mail from my Office Outlook app on phone as well as on my PC - jus not using the Apple Mail app
