Audio of clip changes pitch in timeline

Hi guys!

Any help greatly appreciated on this. I have a clip that keeps changing pitch to higher and making voices 20% squeakier when dragged into the timeline. I've tried changing the Audio Sample Rate, I've optimized the media, made it proxy, converted it from .mp4 to .mov. Tried nearly everything but it still seems to happen. I have a mixed media timeline with a number of different framerates etc among all the clips.

Anything I can convert it to that might stop this?

Your file is 23.98 and you are putting it in a 25fps project. This makes it speed up.

Use a project frame rate that matches your file.

(And for the future, if at all possible, avoid using fractional frame rates)

Thank you for getting back. I'm not a professional editor, putting together a reel for myself so just working on it myself trying to get by with what I know. I've attached the project and file properties.
