You would need to delete content to make room on your iPhone. Seems you have a lot of Apps. You should go through your Apps, and see which ones you really need and which ones you can delete from the iPhone.
You also have a lot of photos you may want to offload onto a computer or USB drive.
That is not a question. That is a statement. Yes it is full. Then what? Do you need to know how to make not full? That would be a question.
