Apple ID keychain icon accidentally deleted on iPhone.

This attached photo was found online and is merely here a reference for the explanation to my question. I recently was looking up my passwords on my iPhone and under A was the icon/password for my Apple ID. I accidentally deleted it and want to know how to restore it (if you press and hold anyone of the icons, it gives you the option to delete it from the keychain). I use my Apple ID for so much and use FaceID for apps that use it, so my Apple ID is intact and working, I just can’t see the password under passwords on my iPhone now. So if I need to log in someplace like iCloud via web browser on a PC, I don’t remember my password and can’t look it up on my iPhone. I have to reset it and then hope I remember it for next time
