I am setting up a shared 365 mailbox in Mail v15 running Monterey. I can add the mailbox easily and it syncs accurately. HOWEVER I cannot send from the mailbox. Does anyone have instructions for how to correct this in Mail or in the 365 admin portal. Thanks
The trick seems to be in the SMTP settings. For incoming use [personal email address]/[shared email address] with the outgoing SMTP only use your personal email and password.

Unfortunately, I do not have different settings for incoming/outgoing.
Besides that, I have realized - in the meantime - that I cannot sync my Office 365 contacts with Mac Mail which made me abandon Mac Mail completely. Despite the fact that I did start to like the interface.
