Accidentally logged a lot exercise

Hello! I accidentally logged a two day long workout into the health app, when I meant to do a fifteen minute workout. I deleted the workout but it’s still showing up on the fitness app and is really messing up my statistics. Two full days worth of time in exercise rings and that’s also effecting my stand hours. Not to mention my exercise record is now impossible for me to beat. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it is appreciated!

Thanks,

Apple Watch SE

Open the Apple Health app,tap on browse, then tap on activity, then tap on workouts, scroll to the bottom and tap show all data

Swipe left on the workout you want to delete and tap “Delete.”

The workout will be deleted, and the changes will sync back to your Apple Watch.

And in the fitness app tap on Workouts/Show More, then swipe left on the workout and tap delete.

Then restart watch and phone.
