i get ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS when i try to add a payment method to my apple id

i get ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS when i try to add a payment method to my apple id. I removed cookies, I used different browsers, always same result. Anybody any idea?

Not able to add payment methods whenever I try to add a payment method, after filling out everything and submitting it, I always get a notification that says something like “unable to submit it now, try again later” and I’ve had this for multiple months. I have done everything I could find online that could possibly help, but nothing worked. Does anybody else have this and/or is there a solution to this problem? thanks in advance!
