I have a MacBook Pro 2014 and i used to have the Big Sur OS, however, i was trying to restore de macbook to give her to my wife, I had some problems on the process and the only OS the my Macbook is supporting is Maverick! i tried to download Bigsur and is not working and i cant upgrade the OS again.

Can somebody help me?
