I'm having a serious problem with my iPad and 3rd party bluetooth headset. Detail:
I connect the iPad with bluetooth headset (successfully connected).
Then I open safari and go to a website that uses audio.
At the time of allowing microphone permission, the iPad was disconnected from the bluetooth device.
I can reproduce on:
Ipad Air 4th gen iOS 15.4.1
Ipad 9th gen iOS 15.3.1

Do you have ScreenTime restrictions enabled?
Check Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Microphone... that option must be set to "Allow" . When done, restart your iPad.
If the issue persists, I suggest that you contact your BT headset manufacturer's support team and explain your problem.
No, if your Screentime feature is disabled, it means you don't have any restrictions enabled.
Perhaps it's a different problem, but, as already suggested, I would investigate more deeply by contacting your headphones manufacturer's support team.

It happens on websites that use audio, like online meeting sites that use webRTC.
Do you mean to turn on ScreenTime according to the instructions above? Because currently, my Ipad does not have ScreenTime enabled.
