I received a $45 charge for games my young daughter plays. When I go to cancel it appears to be a third party. Apple says to contact that party directly. Where is this information found. The game was purchased on Apple’s App. Store

I received a $45 charge from a game my young daughter plays. Even though we purchased this through the App Store it is apparently through a third-party. Apple says to contact them directly. How do I know who the third party is and how can I contact them without knowing so?

If the charge appears on your Apple account as explained in the support document you posted from, then you request the refund directly as shown there. Apple is of course free to deny the refund as per the terms off service of the iTunes & App Stores all sales are considered final and its at Apple's discretion that refunds are handled.

If you are using Family Sharing and you are the Family Organizer, then look in your daughters Apple ID for the charge.

If it was charged to your payment method, but does not appear on your Apple ID, then the charge on your payment method's statement should tell you where it was charged from. Look at your statement.

You can contact Apple Support directly to please your refund case with them: click here-> contact Apple Support
