reportaproblem.apple.com reports: This purchase does not have an invoice

Recently purchased a game for my child. I was charged and an invoice was sent to me via email. On wanting to reverse the purchase, reportaproblem.apple.com reports that 'this purchase does not have an invoice.


Please assist.
