reportaproblem.apple.com reports: This purchase does not have an invoice

Recently purchased a game for my child. I was charged and an invoice was sent to me via email. On wanting to reverse the purchase, reportaproblem.apple.com reports that 'this purchase does not have an invoice.

Please assist.

find out a purchase your being charged for? Hi I live in Australia and I am being charged by apple $89.99 AUD per month on my credit card per month. I am not sure what this purchase is and how to find it and cancel it. I have logged into my apple ID and checked subscriptions and purchased in the kids, husbands accounts but I cannot find any answers? The bank has no answers to what it is either. Thanks
