How come I have to pay so many times for iCloud storage?I paid them twice in a week?

if it was me then I would check

View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support

and

How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

and maybe

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

otherwise I would reach out to apple
