Sound Problem on MacBook pro

I dont have internal speakers option for sound. I used to but its gone away.

What do I do?

In addition, if you have an Intel processor on your MacBook Pro, we suggest to reset the NVRAM. This can help resolve the inability of hearing sound on your Mac. Here's how to perform this step: Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
