Garageband says it wants to download new sounds. It tells me to type my password to allow it. I type my computer password with my first and last name as the username. It doesnt work. I use my apple ID and password. That doesnt work either.

If that fails, contact Apple Support, and see if they can sort this.
No is macbook pro is being shared. I did try to delete the app and redownload it anyway but then I get the same issue when I try to do that as well.
