Blurry videos/pictures

I have a iPhone 11 ProMax. I noticed that when I take a video/picture the quality is great on my iPhone but when sending to others or uploading on instagram they become blurry. My low quality image mode is off, I selected most compatible mode instead of high efficiency and videos and pictures are still blurry if received by whatsapp, instagram or even received videos from other iphones are blurry when played on mine. What can be the source of this problem and how to fix it please?

For apps, like Instagram, WhatsApp, so on, you'll want to follow the steps inside the following article to see if that helps resolve issues with images or videos being uploaded blurry or a lower quality: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support The name may not relate to what you're encountering, but the steps inside should be helpful. Let us know how those steps go.


As for images or videos you receive from contacts, are you receiving those via iMessage (blue bubbles) or SMS (green bubbles) in the Messages app? Also, do your contacts also have Low Quality Image Mode off? Your answers can help us determine possible next steps to take.
