Incoming phone calls are muted

Hi there!

I am sure I miss something. I use an iphone se 2020, latest ios.

phonecalls with numbers not in my contacts constantly get muted.

focus is as off as I could set it (I can’t disable completely, can I?), and I have tried to circumvent this but nope.

pizza deliveries fail, new customers are left in the cold etc.

cumbersome, so to say…

hoe can I get my phone to accept every non-anonymous incoming call ?
