My update says “ pause “ what do I to Unpause it ?

Whenever an update is paused, something hasn't been set up correctly. First, restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Once it's back to the Home screen, make sure these requirements are met:

• Your device should be connected to Wi-Fi. Unless your iPhone is connected to a 5G network, you cannot update over cellular data or using a Personal Hotspot.
• Your iPhone shouldn't be connected to a VPN.
• Make sure that Low Power mode is turned off (to check, go to Settings > Battery)
• Your iPhone battery must either at or over 50%.
• It is also recommended that your iPhone is being charged until the update completes.

If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won’t update - Apple Support -- If you receive an error message when updating, follow the steps in this article depending on the message you see.
