Forgot Apple Id Password

Hello community,

I am facing the problem because I forgot the apple id password and now I remember the password but the server is not allowing me to sign out from the phone

Another thing is that after creating the ID I did not opened the mail in phone I just opened the 2 factor verification and now I am trying to recover the id password but the email verification is not available for me.

Am worried about the ID and Password recovery

Can you help me to recover the password
