Airpods sensor doesn’t work.

I have airpods pro 2021 but the force sensor does not work in play, pause, skip music even answering a call.

Hi Mets1289,

It sounds like you're unable to Pause, skip, and adjust volume with your AirPods and AirPods Pro.

With music playing, if you press the force sensor on the left AirPod, does anything happen at all? If not, you might try to reset them and test again: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro

If this doesn't make a difference, we recommend using this link to reach Apple Support.

Best wishes.
