Hi! Our new HomePod doesn’t ring and respond when there are phone calls. All the devices are up-to-date and the newest generations. TIA

Answer a call: When your iOS or iPadOS device rings, say “Hey Siri, answer the phone.” Before answering, you can ask “Hey Siri, who’s calling?”
