That is a firmware lock. The password for that would be separate from your login password. If you don't know what the password is, is a virtual guarantee you'll never get past it.
If you've never seen this before, then the most likely scenario is someone with access to your Mac, who also knows your admin password, set the firmware lock.
Can I get the password through my Icloud account because I still have my iCloud on it. No one knows my password except me. So can I use my cloud to access it
