When I was trying to help some fellow Apple users by responding to their questions I got an error Message saying "You’ve exceeded the posting limits. Please try again in a few minutes". Dose this restriction lift as you get to higher levels or is it always there. I am not trying to spam people I amd just helping.

Yes, the restrictions relax after you've gained a few points. They had to implement these restrictions because of spammers who were flooding the boards a while back.


Even after you've been a member for a long time, you still have to wait a minimum of 30 seconds between posts.
