iCloud billing

I am currently paying the extra $.99 monthly for extra storage now I’ve run out of space & need more space for $2.99. What happens with the first $.99 I’ve been paying if I further the storage

Nothing, you will now pay 2.99 rather than .99. You won’t be billed for each one.

It will change to $2.99. You won’t be charged both 99¢ and $2.99.

It would still be applied for the current storage amount, and the new charge will start with the next billing cycle for the increased storage amount.
