Recently I was watching my Apple TV and a four digit code showed up to connect an iPad that I believe belongs to my neighbor. My question is is there a way for him to try to get on my Apple TV (which of course he cannot because he would not have the four digit code to connect) without being on my Wi-Fi network or has he found out my Wi-Fi network password?

Set your AirPlay settings to only allow devices on the same network, and not allow other nearby devices.

In order to AirPlay to your TV, the devices would both need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
