How can I get my pictures if my iPhones was damaged

If you had iCloud Photos turned on before the phone was damaged, you can log into www.icloud.com and go to the Photos app there. Also, the photos will automatically sync with another device if you turn on iCloud Photos. See: Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support

If you didn't have iCloud Photos turned on but do have a backup to iCloud or to a computer, you cannot view the contents of the backup but you can use the backup to restore to another device. See: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

If you used iCloud Photos, or iCloud backup, the data should be available.

if not, then the repair provider might be able to salvage, but the data may well be gone.

The only way to mark data as valuable is with some form of backup.

Too many of us learn this by losing data, unfortunately.
