iPhone X Battery Swelling (i think)

My iPhone X’s screen is coming off. I think its battery swelling and its been like this for around a month. What do i do with it?

Take it to an Apple Store or Apple authorized service provider as soon as possible. And, stop using the phone.

At this point it would likely be eligible for a service replacement for Apple's standard "other damage" fee. That's about it as far as Apple is considered - as a total loss. Once it starts popping out the screen, the chassis is already damaged.
