I purchased a new phone and transferred data from cloud. On my old phone, I turned off find my iPhone but did not sign out of iCloud or iTunes before I erased my phone to turn in for refund. What can I do now? I still have my old phone but I can't do much with it as the bottom screen is cracked. Is my old data still accessible on the old phone still?

The only thing I did prior to the erase was turn off find my iPhone. Is there a way to turn off iCloud and iTunes specifically for this device after the erase?
If it's been erased, and you turned off Find My, it's already turned off.
