Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with removing your Logitech Circle camera from HomeKit. We'd like to help.

Is this the only device you're having issues with when trying to remove it? If so, it's possible that connecting with Logitech's support would be a good first step: https://www.logitech.com/ This will allow them to isolate why this is happening with their device.

However, if you're having issues with multiple devices in HomeKit, you may want to Contact Apple Support for additional help.

Try these steps to remove the accessory from your Home app:

1. Press and hold the icon of the accessory you want to remove. 
2. Tap on Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap on Remove Accessory.
