I need to get the puk code for my phone and right now I can call att to get my puk number because my phone is locked

Only your cellular carrier can help you about their SIM card PIN / PUK codes.

If your iPhone's SIM card is locked, "borrow" a different phone from relatives/friends/neighbors and contact AT&T.
