Clean the stains on my silicone Chalk Pink case?

I'm assuming you tried everything.

On apple's website, they say this:

"To clean your silicone iPhone case, remove your iPhone from the case. Use a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth to wipe the outside and the inside of the iPhone case. Don't use window cleaners, household cleaners, aerosol sprays, solvents, ammonia, abrasives, or cleaners containing hydrogen peroxide to clean the iPhone case."

If nothing has worked, you may contact Apple Support for this. Stains and such should go away simply by wiping it down, but if they don't go away, there might be an issue with the product itself.

Hello Anna,

I would advise you to clean your case with a damp cloth, the stains should go away. Do not wash or submerge the case, and only use water to clean the case.
